An investment in your future on the beautiful B.C. Coastline
At the entrance to bustling Pender Harbour, Daniel Point is just a one hour drive and a 40 minute ferry ride from urban Vancouver along the pristine Sunshine Coast.
Daniel Point is surrounded by world-famous BC beauty, with the Pacific Ocean at your doorstep and the country's best fishing, diving, kayaking, hiking and golfing in your backyard.
Local artisans, farmer's markets and fine dining are minutes away in nearby Pender Harbour.
Your Legacy at Daniel Point—the land and what you build—is totally yours. Because you’re purchasing freehold land, your retreat is part of your inheritable estate.
"80% of [500 surveyed buyers] will only consider buying recreational real estate offering whole ownership...the fact that 80% will only consider buying whole ownership properties is an indication of a good real estate economy since that requires a greater investment than fractional ownership."
–James Askew, president of rareEarth, Jurok vol. 16 No. 2, February 2008
No lease, no strata—it’s all yours to enjoy, whenever you want.
Unprecedented value
Finding property on the Sunshine Coast, which is under two hours from Vancouver, would be ideal. But a glance around the area shows that reasonably sized lots with waterfront access can rarely be had for under $1.5 million.
Those that have access have very little frontage: in Pender Harbour, a 2,350 square-foot home, sitting on a mere 0.2-acre lot with 54 feet of water frontage is listed at $1.65 million in Sechelt, a 0.8-acre lot with 2,312-square-foot home and 265 feet waterfront costs $2.5 million; in Gibson’s, less than 0.5 acres, 100 feet of waterfront and a 2,900 square-foot-home is going for $1.875 million.
